Aileron Hill Vineyard Guest Home
Now under construction on the hill above our estate vines: a modern, cantilevered two-bedroom home that seems to float over the vineyard. Walls of glass frame long views across the rows to the Coast Range, and the sunsets do most of the decorating. Inside it is warm and easy — natural wood, a real kitchen, two comfortable suites, and room to spread out. Up top, a rooftop garden and terrace built for morning coffee, an evening glass of Pinot, and staying out a little later than you planned. Stay tuned — we are accepting bookings for 2027.
Park Street Home
A bright, modern home on nearly an acre, sitting on one of Carlton's most historic streets — and still just a short walk to downtown, the tasting rooms and dinner. Inside, light wood floors, big windows, a marble island kitchen made for cooking together, and calm, comfortable bedrooms. Outside is where it really shines: expansive Coast Range and farmland views, wide lawns and stone patios, blue Adirondack chairs, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a wood-burning fire ring for the end of the night.
Park Street Cottage
A new build going up right next to the Park Street Home — modern and light-filled in the same spirit as our Madison Street house, with the same long farmland and Coast Range views. Book it on its own, or pair it with the Park Street Home as a two-property retreat: each place keeps its own front door and total privacy, and everyone comes together in the big shared yard for the fire ring, the hot tub and a bottle of Pinot. Completion is set for April 2028, and we will start taking bookings then.
Madison Street Home
A brand new build and one of our most striking homes — soft gray Accoya siding, clean modern lines, and walls of floor-to-ceiling glass that pull the light straight through the house. Inside: polished concrete floors, an indoor fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with luxury appliances, and the same architect-designed fit and finish across all of our new builds. The yard is fully custom and built for year-round use, with an outdoor fireplace, a covered area with radiant heat, and real privacy for long dinners and late conversations. Pair it with the Madison Street Cottage next door for a two-property complex — or add the Cuvee Cottage, which sits right beside it, for three connected properties.
Madison Street Cottage
A private cottage on the same lot as the Madison Street Home, by the same architect and finished to the same standard — gray Accoya siding, polished concrete floors, big glass, and a gourmet kitchen with luxury appliances, all at a smaller, easier scale. It lives beautifully on its own, and it pairs naturally with the Madison Street Home when you want two front doors and one shared yard. With the Cuvee Cottage next door, the three can come together as a single complex for families and groups who want to be close, but not on top of each other.
Cuvee Cottage
Our original property; a lovely and cozy house in the heart of Carlton, Oregon wine country. Just blocks from downtown Carlton's many restaurants, shops and activities including Aileron Hospitality's offices, business center and conference room, all above a French bakery. The Cuvee Cottage sits next door to our Madison Street properties with all three yards able to connect — the perfect three property complex for families and groups traveling together.

From here, our collection extends beyond the mainland to a remarkable property in Hawaii with the same spirit of design, hospitality, and discovery.
You will find us just an hours drive (10 minutes by plane, 25 by helicopter) from Portland and minutes from some of Oregon’s most celebrated wineries, restaurants, and small towns.
